The Occupational Health Centers provide quality, timely and cost-effective occupational health care to more than 1,000 coporations in the stateline area from our four locations in Beloit, Janesville, and Darien Wissonsin, and Roscoe, Illinois. We also coordinate services with the Physical Medicine Department to provide comprehensive injury and return to work management.

• Pre-Employment Physical

Includes thorough personal medical and occupational health history, head-to-toe physical exam and systems review. Ancillary testing available per company request such as:

• Back Screen (6 exercises designed to test back and abdominal strength and flexibility with separate back health questionaire.)
• Bilateral Wrist Screen (Grip strength testing, flexion, extension, specific tests to identify symptoms that may be related to cumulative trauma injuries.)

Physicals can be tailored to your specific needs. Executive services are provided in a specially-designed suite. Consultants are available to assist in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). OSHA medical surveillance can be done in clinic or on-site.
